Seaside Heights Volunteer Fire Company Museum

About the Museum

The Seaside Heights Volunteer Fire Company Museum was the vision of Leonard Ipri.  Thanks to Leonard and with the ongoing support of the organization, the museum exists to preserve nearly 100 years of fire company history.  The museum and its exhibit of memorabilia and equipment is an honor to the men and women who have selflessly devoted themselves to the Seaside Heights community in the name of public safety.

As we approach 100 years of continuous service on October 9, 2013, the Museum will be releasing pieces of the Fire Company’s historical collection to the public through this web site.  We also invite you to visit the Museum on parade days (St. Patrick’s Day and Columbus Day) and during special events.  Please call us if your group would like a private tour.

The photographs on these pages were contributed by numerous people, but it is necessary to point out two special people whose tireless efforts during their lifetimes to preserve the history of Seaside Heights will never be forgotten by our community – Leonard Ipri and Terry Groffie. You can learn more about Leonard and Terry by clicking the tabs at the top of this web site.
